In a world where disruption is the default, RESET isn't just a theme—it's a survival strategy.
Look at the tech graveyard:
These giants weren't beaten by competitors—they were defeated by their own inertia.
Healthcare is no exception. COVID-19 exposed legacy weaknesses but also accelerated transformation. In India, telemedicine surged by 3,000%. Globally, digital health became the lifeline. And yet, over 50% of humanity still lacks essential care access.
We must not build back better—we must RESET, and build forward boldly. As someone who leads in many roles in global organizations and as the chairman of the Internet Governance Forum (IGF) Dynamic Coalition on Digital Health, and Chairman of the The Commonwealth Artificial Intelligence Consortium for Capacity Building, i keep revisiting the history while planning for the future.

This session at the annual meeting of United Nations IGF will give you a sense of where we are heading. The link for the session titled 'Sustainable leadership in Digital Age - Shaping the Future of Business' will give you a sense of our future. https://youtu.be/MLCADcf7Shk?feature=share.
Now, let me today unveil the RESET Framework.
The next healthcare leaders won't just wear white coats—they'll either develop digital health tools or collaborate with those who do.
From Amazon in retail to Netflix in entertainment, industry leaders disrupted themselves before others could. Healthcare must do the same—rethinking delivery, payment, and patient experience with AI, automation, and value-based models.
Doctors must evolve from being digitally reluctant to digitally fluent.
Doctors who use technology will treat the patients of those who don't
Patients are ready: 77% are open to digital solutions (McKinsey). It's time we catch up—with tools, training, and trust.
70% of health systems lack integrated EHRs. RESET is about breaking silos—creating ethical, interoperable, patient-centric ecosystems.
System-driven care means no more silos. Just synergy.
Efficiency is not about doing more—it's doing what matters most, better.
From digitalizing your practice to personalized medicine for patients, RESET turns smart tools into standard practice.
Transformation isn't just about deploying tech-tools. It's about changing mindset.
A lot of how we treat patients with pills and in a conventional manner will change in the next one year. That's a harsh fact. Some of you will become the new-age torch-bearers for medicine and a few who rely on the past, will be having FOBO- which will turn out to be true.
We've seen what happens when industries refuse to RESET. Healthcare can't afford that luxury.
Let's press the RESET button—for the world of medicine.
RESET is a Mindset.
RESET is Reinvention.
Have you planned how you are going to RESET? Let us discuss the 'RESET'. That's our main theme at the Global Digital Health Summit, Expo & Innovation Awards.
At the www.globalsummit.health, we are unveiling what you should know, and how you should RESET your present, and create your future. Let's do it well.
