Without investments, there are no returns. Without exposure, the experience is superficial, and without getting inspired, just working hard does not deliver. You can start the journey alone, but you can only reach the destination by walking together. I assure you that this summit will be your best investment, your best exposure, and your greatest inspiration for decoding your future and creating it, working with friends whom you will make at this summit.

Earlier, disruptive innovation changes happened every three years, then every year, and now every three months. So, it is natural to be worried about the potential and pathway of integrating healthcare with technology.
On 23rd October 2019, Quantum Supremacy was announced. What the fastest computer could do in 10,000 years could be done in around 3 minutes. In 2020, we were thrusted with technology due to COVID-19. On 30th November 2022, we had ChatGPT, and on 6th December 2023, the Multi-Modal model of Google—Gemini was announced. The world changed, right?
For most, this is the biggest disruption for medicine, but trust me, this is just scratching the surface. We are going to see much more in the future.
The world of Medicine, the field of Surgery, and the domain of Preventive care, Well-being, Diagnosis, and Chronic Disease Management will change. How the pharmaceutical industry will fast-track adoption will change how we work. I expect job redundancies in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry to start before 2026, and those who don’t understand how to deploy technology will risk losing jobs in the next two to three years. The new payer models will drive this change faster than we can think. What can we do to cope with the impending change?
