Implementing Artificial Intelligence - AI in Action | 20-21 November 2026 | Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi
Every conference promises insight. Very few deliver ROI.
The Global Digital Health Summit (GDHS) 2026 is built on a different premise: a healthcare leader who invests two days and a travel budget deserves to leave with decisions made, technologies vetted, relationships formed, and an implementation path that survives contact with Monday morning.
The theme, Implementing Artificial Intelligence: AI in Action, is not a slogan. It is a design constraint that has shaped every element of this edition.
Here is what makes GDHS 2026 unlike anything else in global healthcare.
1. Step inside the Hospital of the Future - live
For the first time anywhere in the world, GDHS 2026 will build a live, on-site, immersive experience rather than a slide deck about tomorrow.
Delegates will physically walk through four connected environments:
- The Hospital of the Future: AI-enabled triage, ambient documentation, predictive bed and OT management, autonomous monitoring, and command-centre operations running as an integrated whole.
- The Clinician of the Future: the consultation redesigned through ambient scribing, decision support, multimodal diagnostics, and the clinician's new role when routine work is automated.
- The Pharma of the Future: AI across discovery, trials, regulatory submission, supply chain, and real-world evidence.
- The MedTech of the Future: devices that sense, learn, and act, and the regulatory pathway that governs them.
You will not just watch a demo on a screen. You will move through the future your organization is about to build.
2. The CEOs' Council for the Hospital of the Future
An invitation-only leadership circle of hospital chief executives, convened to shape how hospitals worldwide are reimagined, rebuilt, and run in the age of AI.
The council is not a photo opportunity. It is a working body producing shared standards, reference architectures, and peer benchmarks that member institutions can act on. Select participants at GDHS 2026 will be offered a seat.
For a hospital CEO, a single council session can save years of trial-and-error capital.
3. TRC - Technology Recommendation Council
This is the innovation that changes the economics of attending.
Healthcare's central problem is no longer a shortage of AI products. It is the impossibility of telling which ones actually work. The Technology Recommendation Council (TRC) solves this at source.
Technologies displayed at GDHS 2026 will be screened by a panel of top-tier technical experts drawn from government, the private sector, academia, clinical practice, and patient groups, and then recommended for deployment across three tracks:
- for clinicians: what is safe, usable, and evidence-backed
- for hospitals: what is enterprise-ready, interoperable, and financially sound
- for governments: what is scalable, sovereign-data-compliant, and fit for population deployment
No other summit in the world has ever done this. A delegate gets a curated, credible procurement shortlist. An innovator gets a recommendation that matters.
4. AI success stories - proof, not pilots
This flagship session track features leaders who have deployed AI at genuine scale, not six-month pilots. They will present:
- what they implemented
- what it cost
- what broke
- what the measurable outcome was
- what they would do differently
Every case is presented with numbers. Delegates leave with replicable implementation stories rather than a list of possibilities.
5. The Health AI Collaboration Hub
A dedicated platform connecting validated AI solutions with hospitals, health systems, and governments ready to deploy them is being launched and activated at the summit, then running year-round.
It is the mechanism that ensures a conversation begun in November becomes a contract by March.
6. Certification, accreditation and skills you take home
GDHS 2026 is accredited by the Indian Nursing Council (12 CNE hours, 2 CNE credits), and delegates can earn certifications on AI in healthcare during the summit itself.
Programs from the Academy of Digital Health Sciences, including the Functional AI Pyramid(TM) maturity assessment, allow every participant to benchmark exactly where they, their team, and their institution stand, and what the next level requires.
Level 2 Certification bootcamp is being hosted onsite and requires separate registration.
7. The Digital Health Scientific Symposium
Convened by the Academy of Digital Health Sciences, the symposium brings global researchers and practitioners together with a formal call for papers, giving academic rigor a seat alongside commercial and policy conversation, and giving young researchers a global stage.
8. Everything important is in the room
- The Expo: a major gathering of digital health, AI, and MedTech innovation, now TRC-screened
- The Innovation Awards: recognizing work that has moved the needle, judged on outcomes
- Ministerial and regulatory presence: government secretaries, state leaders, country partners, and global regulators in the room
- Partnership platform: key decision makers accessible in one place
- Published outcomes report: GDHS is one of the very few summits that publishes what it delivered every year
Why the ROI is different here
GDHS 2025 shaped digital health roadmaps, and key national and global initiatives have been ideated at this summit.
97.6% of past attendees rated the summit "Outstanding." Every edition has sold out.
But the honest case for GDHS 2026 is narrower and sharper than legacy:
- a hospital CEO leaves with a council seat and a vetted technology shortlist
- a clinician leaves with CNE credits and a workflow they can run next week
- a government official leaves with independent technical recommendations
- a founder leaves with a screening credential and buyers
- a researcher leaves published
Everyone leaves with something that pays much more than the ticket.
Phase 3 registrations are open, and seats are capped.
See you,

What 'Being Bold' Means in Leadership
Being bold is the defining quality that separates leaders from followers, especially in the corporate world. Bold leaders don't just react to change—they create it, daring to challenge norms, take risks, and pursue visions that others hesitate to imagine.
